Who we are

Chaos Airlines ("the Game", "we") is a mobile game published for iOS and Android. This policy explains what data the Game collects, why, and what your choices are. Contact: [email protected].

Age requirement

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

What we collect

Account and progress data. When you play, we create a game account (anonymous by default, optionally linked to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games) and store your progress: nickname, character levels, scores, in-game currencies, purchases and settings. This is required for the Game to function, for cloud save, and for leaderboards.

Device and usage data. We use Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to collect device identifiers, device model, operating system, approximate region, crash reports and gameplay events (for example, which levels are started and completed). We use this to fix bugs and balance the Game. See Firebase's privacy documentation.

Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never see or store your payment card details; we receive only a purchase receipt to deliver your items.

Optional rewarded ads. If you choose to watch an optional rewarded ad, the ad provider may process device identifiers for that purpose. The Game contains no forced ads.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location or messages. Leaderboards show only your chosen nickname — never your real name or email.

Where your data lives

Game data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure. Data may be processed in data centres outside your country, subject to Google's data processing terms and safeguards.

Your rights and choices

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time. The Game includes a "Delete Account" option in Settings, which permanently removes your account and progress after a 30-day grace period. You can also email [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, UK or Türkiye under KVKK), you may have additional rights of access, correction, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the Game.

This document is provided in English as the master version. Translations may be provided for convenience; the English version prevails.
