Terms of Service

1. The deal

By downloading or playing Chaos Airlines ("the Game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play. You must be at least 13 years old to play.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game for your own entertainment. The Game, its characters, art, sounds and name remain our property. Chaos Airlines is a fictional airline; any resemblance to a real airline, living or bankrupt, is coincidental.

3. Your account and nickname

Your account is created automatically and can be linked to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games for cloud save. You choose a public nickname shown on leaderboards. Nicknames must not be offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal information. We may rename or restrict accounts that break this rule. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period.

4. Virtual items and purchases

The Game uses virtual currencies ("Chaos Points" and "Gems") and virtual items. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you, not sold. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled through them. Prices shown in your store are set by the platform for your region. If we permanently shut the Game down, we will give reasonable advance notice, but unused virtual items are not refundable.

5. Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, tamper with the client or network traffic, or attack our services. We may correct scores, remove leaderboard entries, or suspend accounts involved in cheating. Found a bug? Please report it via Support instead — we may even thank you in-game.

6. Availability and changes

The Game requires an internet connection. We may update, change, balance or discontinue features (including virtual items) to keep the Game fun and fair, and we may suspend service for maintenance.

7. Liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
